FOR WHAT DIFFICULTIES ?

Your emotional wellbeing is my priority.
As a counsellor, psychotherapist and life coach, I can help with problems related to anxiety and stress, relationship difficulties, depression, low self-esteem, eating disorder, social anxiety, generalised anxiety disorder (GAD), panic attacks, agoraphobia, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), health anxiety, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), sexual difficulties, bereavement, and questions relating to your life purpose or even spiritual quest.
I can help you find a better way to cope with your couple or family difficulties, to better communicate with each other and to enhance your relationship through mutual support and deeper understanding, including in difficult times of bereavement.

WHAT THERAPY ?

My approach and methods are evidence-based and will be tailored to your own needs: Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Integrative Therapy (with person-centred counselling), and Holistic Therapy.

  • COGNITIVE-BEHAVIOURAL THERAPY helps us identify the relationship between thoughts (cognitions), emotions and behaviour. This interaction can turn into a vicious circle maintaining anxiety and depression. Discovering and working on theses unhelpful associations will lead you to a better control of the anxiety, the depression and the emotions.

  • INTEGRATIVE THERAPY provides us with specific skills borrowed from various modern therapies like Gestalt, Transactional Analysis (TA), psychodynamic therapy, Act and Commitment Therapy (ACT), systemic therapy, etc.

  • As part of a more HOLISTIC THERAPY, we can decide together if Mindfulness, relaxation and meditation, or some energy work could be beneficial.

Identifying and exploring the beliefs you hold about yourself, the others and the world will be an important part of our journey.
In any therapy can also appear the need for a work on your life purpose (life coaching) and self-development.

HOW LONG ?

My aim is not to keep clients in therapy for ever, but to work effectively towards a progressive but real and long-lasting improvement. An initial change should normally be noticed after few sessions only.
Each individual session lasts between 60 and 90 minutes.
Therapy will provide you with valuable tools that you could still use in the future to cope with life’s difficulties. I’m happy to guide you through these challenges and your personal growth with the attention and the care you need.

FOR WHOM ?

In addition to individual therapy, I also run workshops (including in professional organisations or companies) about stress management, concentration, anxiety or low mood. They consist in psycho-education, Mindfulness, relaxation and personal development (including energy work).

WHERE ?

I work in Santa Pola.
For practical reasons or reduced mobility, we can also arrange to meet at your place (within reasonable distance).

Online sessions are also possible (Skype, Messenger or Whatsapp), from wherever you are.
